Welcome to DonationLoop.com ("Platform", "Website", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using DonationLoop.com, you ("User", "Donor", "Campaign Owner", "NGO", "Trust", "Organization") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of the platform immediately.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 Platform refers to DonationLoop.com, including all content, applications, software, dashboard, integrations, and services.
1.2 User refers to any individual or organization accessing or using the Platform.
1.3 Campaign Owner refers to NGOs, Trusts, Societies or Individuals who create fundraising campaigns.
1.4 Donor refers to any user contributing funds through the platform.
1.5 Payment Gateway refers to third-party systems facilitating financial transactions.
1.6 Account refers to user registration profile created to access platform services.
1.7 Contribution refers to the financial donation, payment, or support made by a Donor.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The User must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
2.2 For NGOs, Trusts, and Social Organizations, valid documents may be required, including but not limited to:

  • Registration Certificate

  • PAN Card

  • GST (If applicable)

  • 12A/80G/FCRA Certifications (Optional but recommended)

2.3 We reserve the right to verify identity and decline registration without explanation.

3. USE OF PLATFORM

3.1 The platform is to be used strictly for lawful fundraising purposes for social, charitable, and non-commercial aims.
3.2 Any campaign created must follow ethical, legal, transparent, and community-friendly guidelines.
3.3 Users must not upload misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, violent, harmful, or unauthorized content.
3.4 DonationLoop.com reserves the right to moderate, remove, or suspend any campaign without notice.

4. PLATFORM ROLE

4.1 DonationLoop.com acts as a technology service provider enabling fundraising, campaign hosting, and donor engagement.
4.2 DonationLoop.com is not responsible for verifying campaign authenticity beyond provided documents.
4.3 The Platform does not guarantee donations or funding outcomes.

5. PAYMENT PROCESS & GATEWAYS

5.1 Donations are processed via third-party integrated payment gateways.
5.2 The Platform does not store card, bank, or wallet information.
5.3 Transaction timelines may vary depending on banking networks, regulatory checks, or gateway policies.
5.4 Taxes, gateway charges, platform service charges, and applicable legal fees may apply.

6. FEES AND CHARGES

6.1 DonationLoop.com may charge one-time setup fees, monthly subscription fees, annual renewal fees, or platform usage fees.
6.2 Payment gateway processing charges may be applicable and deducted prior to settlement.
6.3 All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. FUND SETTLEMENTS

7.1 Settlement timeline varies (3–15 working days depending on verification).
7.2 If legal, compliance, or verification mismatches occur, settlements may be delayed or withheld.
7.3 Campaign owners must maintain valid banking information.
7.4 The Platform is not liable for settlement delays caused by external banking or regulatory systems.

8. TAXATION & COMPLIANCE

8.1 The responsibility of filing tax, issuing receipts, compliance with 80G/CSR norms lies with the campaign owner.
8.2 The platform does not provide legal guarantees on tax exemption eligibility for donors.

9. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSES

9.1 Users retain ownership of text, images, videos, and data uploaded.
9.2 By uploading content, the user grants DonationLoop.com a non-exclusive right to display, publish, and distribute campaign material for promotion and functioning purposes.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION

10.1 Fraud, misuse, or misleading campaigns are strictly prohibited.
10.2 DonationLoop.com reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Block settlements

  • Inform legal authorities

  • Seek damages

11. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

11.1 Donations are generally non-refundable.
11.2 Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • Transaction failure

  • Duplicate payment

  • Proven fraud

11.3 Any approved refunds will follow gateway timelines and policies.

12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

DonationLoop.com may suspend or terminate accounts under circumstances including:

  • Violation of terms

  • Fraudulent behavior

  • Non-compliance with legal documentation

  • Misuse of platform features

No refunds will be issued upon termination for policy violations.

13. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

13.1 The platform implements reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute protection.
13.2 Users must ensure proper safeguarding of passwords and personal access credentials.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 DonationLoop.com is not responsible for:

  • Donation delays

  • Loss of funds due to banking or gateway error

  • Accuracy of campaign content

  • Disputes between Donors and Campaign Owners

14.2 The platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DonationLoop.com from legal claims, financial loss, or disputes arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

16. MODIFICATIONS

The platform reserves the right to update, modify, or change Terms anytime without prior notice.

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement is governed under Indian Law, and disputes shall be handled under Mumbai jurisdiction unless otherwise required.
